Throughout my work with Wed2B, we had countless training sessions, these were usually team building and specific bridal term learning exercises that would help us develop a repor with our clients within the first few minutes of the try on.
The first thing I noticed as I began working at Wed2B was the structure they had in place, every action had a corresponding form, every bride had to be signed in the system and certain things taken note of.
The environment was not competitive in the usual sense as the company promoted competitiveness with oneself rather then your teammates. This in return provided healthy work relationships with all staff.
